Qu'est-ce que c'est ?

Has Tempo been banned?

This was her old mbtu list.
This is her new one with a subtle alteration of her nic.

Update: Tempo can not use her Fray passport anymore. She was sending abusive emails to blackmail Fraysters. Hotmail didn't approve and closed her account.

Is anyone buying the "computer problems" she's going to tell her cohort about over the weekend (see first post with the new nick)

The fact that she'd use the same email account to harass as she did for her precious Fray nick shows either 1) utter cluelessness as to how all this works, 2) a completely unrealistic assessment of her own invincibility and omnipotence and/or 3) a total disregard for rules of common decency, the internet, and the Fray. Given the subject in this case, it is more likely the former.

nope. Still separate. She just took the extra n back out and changed the - for a _. Still two quite distinct MBTU's that switch a little after 7:00 last night.

She'e trying to play it slick - just wanted a new look.

As to the ban, I doubt it. She plays the "innocent victim" on the boards all too well - nothing to really ban her for. Though I'm sure Geoff would like to ban her just so he can finally put a block sender on her emailaddyoftheday to shut her up. She must really burn up storage space in his email.

Tempo has broken more than one Rule of the Road. She has made personal attacks against posters over, and over again.

She has posted fraysters' real names on the fray. I know for a fact, that I NEVER used my name on the fray. NEVER. I don't even think of myself in that proper name.

She deliberately posted SoGal's home town name. A tiny town it is, too.

She posted personal information about GG and Traveler, and threatened ON THE FRAY, to post more.

She's spammed the BOF, and she's stalked players.

These are all against the Fray Rules of the Road. Bannable offenses. Geoff has grounds to ban Tempo.

I think he might be trying to give her more rope. After all, he has his own reasons for disliking her. He might be worried that posters will question his motives. I think he underestimates the board's collective distaste for 'Contempo.'

I'm not saying she is innocent. Far from it. She's just fairly adept at playing the "innocent Victim". It is one of the few things she does do well. "They started it. I'm only defending myself."

She makes it hard for any Fray editors to take her out without taking out someone else in the process. They've all been doing that for years - Lillith, Shelia, Rain, etc. It always somehow looks like they have excuses when they go ballistic when they were the ones who really started the ball rolling with their little barbs and snide remarks.

Here is another example of the "innocent victim" act in progress:

http://fray.slate.com/?id=3936&m=17236674 - sorry, my hotlink formula is posted on my work computer. I can't remember it.

Miss "innocent" Dulcie starts a thread that looks positive on the surface, but it 1) allows her to dis those not in her good graces merely by skipping their mention. and 2) slam said individuals when others dare to put forth their nomination (see subsequent posts in same thread).

She's a tad more cunning than the average, probably that alleged legal training in action, and isn't stupid enough to actually break the rules. She's just as nasty in her own way, though. If anyone dare challenge her on her snotty remarks to others in the thread about third parties, she'll claim innocent to the hilt - when in fact she set the whole thing up from the start.
